Biography

JR stands for Junior, but his family always called him JR (like the letters) JR was born is Toronto, Canada and lives now in Vancouver, Canada. He started acting at the age of 8 in Calgary. But when he returned to his hometown he stopped acting until his mid twenties. He studied first business in university, but then decided to become an actor, and he enrolled in Ryerson Theatre School. After he finished he got a part in the series “Family Passion” and later a staring role in the movie “Jungleground”. After that he moves to Vancouver, Canada.

He is right handed.
He prefers vegetarian food (favourite food: Lasagne).
He has two sisters Kim and Kelly.
He likes music from Nelly Furtado but listen to nearly everything except Country and Heavy Metal..
One of his favourite movies is ‘Paper Moon’.
His favourite authors are Marianne Williamson und Neal Donald Walsch, but he read everything's from novels to bad scripts and religious books.
He likes all kinds of water sports.
He would love to be on a Broadway production and like to do more comedy.

His nice was born on April 13th 1999 with cystic fibrosis, and he tries to raise moneys for a foundation to help to find a cure for this disease, for more information you can go to his official homepage.
JR originally read Kordesh, but then he was asked to read the part of Martouf, and when RDA saw the tape he said, 'I think we found Martouf.' The powers that be told that the death of Martouf was make the series more real. JR never asks to leave the series.
